One of the most common challenges we face is reaching out for help. Too often, we suppress or deny our emotions and trauma experiences, believing that we have to process them alone. This suppression can cause adverse symptoms such as anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, relational problems, substance abuse, difficulty coping with stress, or self-destructive behaviors.

It is my belief that we do not have to continue suffering alone and therapy is a great step towards healing the damage that we think can never be undone. Therapy helps create an atmosphere where understanding, change, and growth are possible while giving back the power to make our own meaning and purpose in life.
